Poledancing Level 1 - Beginners

We’ll make sure that you are taught pole dancing the right way.
No prior dance or fitness experience is needed. Burn 400 calories an hour.

During your 6 weeks course your posture and confidence will improve and more importantly you'll have loads of fun while achieving your goals.
We will provide you with sufficient time to focus on the more challenging
moves, such as inverts. Don’t forget we were all beginners once.
You'll also be taught how to begin choreographing your moves to form your own beautifully flowing routines.
What to expect at an LAPD class & what to wear :
All classes take place in a private dance studio at one of our luxury London based gyms, so please wear comfy gym. Do bring along a pair of shorts as some of the moves require you to grip with your legs. High heels are only required if you wish.
Please do not use any body lotion or moisturiser
on the day of your class, as it will cause you to slip. This is very important!
Each class is 1.5hs for 6 weeks
3-8 poles at each venue
Missed a class?
If you can’t make a class during your course you are welcome to take the lesson you miss on another course. You will always able to complete each level with us (we are the only pole school in the UK to offer this to students free of charge)
