Each class is 1.5hs long running for 6 weeks, there will be 8 poles at our venue.

 

Can’t make a class:

If you need to miss a class on a course please just
let us know and we can arrange a catch up session. We are the only pole
dancing school in London that offer this for our students.

 

Moves

On this course you will learn a variety of speciality moves that will vary with new moves added frequently.
Each week you will learn how to link your moves and incorporate then into your routines.

You will be taught a series if challenging advanced Pole Moves here are a few examples of what you will learn:

Chinese pole climbs
Angel Pole climbs
Teachers signature spins
Climbing caterpillar
Seated arabesque
L spin
Handsprings standard and twisty
Brass monkey (both soft and hard version)
Cradle bomb drop
Shoulder mount flips from floor & standing
Shoulder roll into split leg landing
Shakira
Eros
Superman drops
Funky monkey (brass monkey hold heels)
Genie (double knee hold with ankles not crossed)
Side spin ball no hands and with straight legs
Aisha close to pole

Handspring into jack-knife

If you wish to pay by installments you may put down a £50 deposit and pay the rest when you start your course.
