Pole Gymnastics


Pole Gymnastics is designed to improve your overall strength, endurance &
flexibility.

Classes are unique to L.A.P.D & adaptable to individual improvement.  Become a stronger more confident dancer.

These classes are challenging and alot of fun. You must have completed level 1 to attend.

All classes take place in a private dance studio at one of our London based gyms, so please wear comfy gym clothes.  Do bring along a pair of shorts or hot pants that you can wear for some of moves that require you to grip with your legs. 

We'll also be working on tricks and transitions, helping you to link your tricks more fluidly by working on your stamina.

Please do not use any body lotion or moisturiser the night before or day of your class, as it will cause you to slip.  This is very important!

Each class is 1.5 hrs with 6 poles at the venue.
